     Jig welded from high quality 7/8" O.D. by .083" wall tubing, this Fork & Frame set is designed to accomodate up to and including 17.5" O.D. mounted tires and comes complete with engine mounting plate, front axle holes and rear axle mounting tabs.  No additional welding is required.  Maximum Engine Height of 13-1/2".  Wheelbase - 36".  Handlebar width - 21".

Throttle Assemblies

     Our economy kit #2359 is almost identical to our premium kit #2352. Both use the same twist grip components, but the economy kits use a vinyl-covered steel conduit without a polyethylene inner liner. If your application does not require the low-friction advantage or the more severe routing capability provided by the premium, slippery, lined Wescon conduit used in our Premium Kit, the #2359 twist grip and conduit throttle assembly provides a quality, cost-saving substitute.

4 1/2" I.D. Brake Drums

     Flanged drum has 6 holes on a 5-1/4" bolt circle. All are machined either "I.D." for brakes on this page or "O.D." for  4-1/2" brake drums.  All drums have three sets of mounting holes: 3 and 4-hole on a 3.75" diameter bolt circle and a 4-hole to match the mini-hub pattern.

4-1/2" ID or OD Brake Drums/Sprockets

     An Economy Steel Sprocket is riveted to a machined #2213 Drum to provide a strong, reliable unit at very economical prices.  The Sprockets  use #35 chain and are available in either 60 tooth or 72 tooth.

     Single Piece Sprocket Drums are stamped for added precision at economical prices.  These units can be used for direct replacement of the riveted  assemblies.

4-1/2" Assemblies with Riveted Hubs

     These machined drums feature the  Mini-Hub, factory riveted to any of our 4-1/2" ID, or 4-1/2" OD drum variations for use on a 1" Live Axle, or a 1-1/4" Live Axle.  Ideal for small, low horsepower vehicles. (set screws and key included).  Sprocket versions are available in 60 tooth or 72 tooth for use with #35 chain.
