| Payment |
| Preferred method of payment is
PayPal. For phone orders, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover,
and American Express credit cards as well as VISA and MasterCard
debit cards. Cashiers checks and money orders are accepted for prepaid
orders and for COD shipments. FedEx and UPS charges a fee for COD
shipments and we add that amount to the invoice. Wire Transfers
or Western Union can also be used and this method of payment is
required for most orders not originating in the USA or Canada. Bank
fees for Wire Transfers will be added to the invoice. We will e-mail
the necessary wire transfer information for sales requiring this
payment method. Cash discounts may be available for larger orders. |
| Shipping Damage |
| We make every attempt to package
and/or repackage to prevent any damage. However, once the product(s)
leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any damages due
to shipping and/or handling. All items sent by FedEx and/or UPS
are sent insured for the full value. In the event of damage you
will need to file a claim with FedEx (or other shipping company).
It is recommended that you take pictures of the damage area and
all packaging. You should not throw away any packaging and/or use
the item until the claim is resolved. Track Trends will assist you
with filing claim, however once again, we will not be responsible
for an damage and are unable to provide any free repair parts or
reimbursement for parts or labor. |
| Shipping Time |
| Most parts are shipped within 48
hours. Be advised Spring and Summer is our busiest time. Some parts
(esp. racing) may take 1 to 2 weeks. We will notify you via e-mail
of any unusual delay. Most orders are shipped via FedEx ground.
If you require expedited shipping, please contact us. Orders over
150 lbs and some shipments between 70 and 150 lbs require shipping
via common carrier to assure the most careful handling of your purchase.
We will notify you of these situations, advise you of the freight,
and receive your approval prior to shipping via common carrier |

| BECAUSE OF THE MANY MANUFACTURERS
PRICE IRREGULARITIES AND FORCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, OUR PRICES ARE
SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. |
| Returns |
| Parts may be returned for exchange
or refund provided they are in resalable condition and still in
original packaging. No refunds on any part that has been used or
installed. Special Order items are generally not returnable. Shipping
is not refundable and all refunds are subject to a 20% restocking
fee unless the reason for the refund or return is our fault. Call
for a return authorization number before shipping anything back.
We must authorize all returns. Merchandise returned without authorization
will be refused or returned. Shipping charges for the returned merchandise
are the responsibility of the customer. Returned merchandise is
subject to inspection. All returned items and the packaging must
be undamaged. Upon inspection, if the product has been used or damaged,
we will return the merchandise, freight COD, without issuing credit. |
